During his 18+ years working in Healthcare IT, he has been at the forefront of bringing Value Based Care to life. As the Lead Solution Architect for Alexa Health at Amazon, he pioneered partner solutions like the Home Care Coach Alexa Skill with Christiana Care and the Telehealth solution with Teladoc. He was the Lead Architect for the CareXcell population care management solution in Siemens Healthcare, that was deployed in multiple hospitals. Vikram has deep technical knowledge in healthcare data, specializing in interoperability, clinical concepts and ontologies. Coupled with his extensive expertise in the areas of Machine Learning and Big Data, he has implemented complex systems like Computer Aided Detection for Lung and Colon Cancer, Care Gaps Identification for Care Management, and Alexa Symptom Checker to name a few.
